Ronald Arthur Nesbitt (Age 67)
Ronald A. Nesbitt, of Ashton, MD, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, July 29, 2021. Beloved husband of Brenda for nearly 45 years; loving father of Lauren, Elaine, and Alisha Nesbitt; brother of Yvonne Williams (Darrell) and Lynda Ruffin (Louis); and predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Mary Nesbitt. A viewing will be held on Friday, August 13, 2021 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at J.B. Jenkins Funeral Home, 7474 Landover Road, Landover, MD. A Mass of Christian burial will be private. A year later and I still find myself speaking, often out loud, to my dear friend Ron Nesbitt. I never had a conversation with Ron that didn't include multiple laughs. No matter the seriousness of what we might have been discussing, there was always room for a few laughs. Every single time I concluded a conversation with Ron, I left feeling good. The good memories I shared with Ron are the gifts that just keep on giving. I am a better person for having known Ron and for the privilege of calling him my friend.

I´m saddened to hear that Mr. Nesbitt passed away. I will always remember him for being straight forward individual and a man of character and strength. I am going to miss my dear friend Ron beyond my ability to express in a short note. I hope Ron is in a world more spectacular than anything we could ever experience here on Earth. If so, let each tear we shed represent a fond memory of time spent with Ron. Let us be grateful we have so much to cry about.
