To the family of Samantha Allen:

This is a poem that comforts those in grief.
A loved one lost can grieve the heart
And make you yearn for tomorrow.

Though time has passed, those we lost on that horrendous day will never be forgotten. Samantha was a beautiful girl and though I never met her, from reading about her devotion to family and career says so much about her. For her twin, I am so sorry but her memory will always live on, in you. Soon there will be a time when death will not rule as king as it does now, losing loved ones will be a thing of the past, "He will swallow up death forever" Isaiah 25:8. It is my hope and prayer that God will be with you and your family as you rebuild your lives and keep Samantha's memory always deep in your hearts.

Life can be so burdensome at times it seems like we cannot carry on another day, but when the Lord is in your life, you know that he will carry you until you can make it on your own again. Samantha knew her Lord and is in a better place, someday the family circle will once again be unbroken. Samantha sounds like an amazing woman and memories of her will be happy ones and proud ones when your healing begins to take hold. I am truly sorry you and all the other families and friends have had to go thru such pain. God Bless.

Samantha was my husband's first cousin, I had the pleasure of meeting her twice. She and her sister are both very nice girls. Samantha was very chatty sorta like myself. I also have a twin so I guess thats why I really liked them both. It is so unfair someone who was so genuinley nice was taken away from a family who loved her so deepley, and from those who were just getting to know her.

To Samantha family:
I had the pleasure of meeting Samantha a few years ago whe she and my sister Carolyn Halmon (who also was a victim of 9-11) came to Ft Jackson, SC for training. Samantha took us out to a germany restaurant. She told us how she loved germany food and we laughed about what she would have done if she had a 3rd child. Since she name he son after is father and her daughter after her. We were like a family that night then and even more now. You and Samantha will always be apart of our family.
She is such a sweet person.

We are very sorry for your deep loss of Samantha. May her life and love live on in all who love her. May precious memories of times together lighten the sorrow in your hearts. I believe God cried when He saw the evil that took the lives of His innocent children before their times. In the shadows of darkness, He reached for them as one by one they cried out His name. They found shelter and protection from human pain in His loving embrace. Cradled in His arm earthly cries became heavenly songs as angels were born. Our hearts cry with you in your great loss of Samantha.
America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn

I hope this poem brings you a little comfort at this difficult time.
We Remember You

We remember you in your anguish and pain,
knowing that in this life you'll never see your friends or loved ones again.
You'll never see their precious smile or feel the warmth of their embrace,
or hear the laughter in their voice or wipe a tear from their face.
We remember you in the days to come when reality sets in,
that there'll be an empty place in your home and heart where your loved ones should have been.
Yes they should have been there in your life,
to share your joy to share your strife;
To share your laughter to share your tears,
to share your dreams through the years.
We remember you in our thoughts and prayers
And to let you know that somebody cares.
Yes we care that you are lonely and blue,
So we are sending this hug especially for you.
We pray you find peace from the Lord above,
And that He will surround you in His love.
We pray you'll have the strength needed to go on,
To prove to the enemy that they have not won.
And when the hurting comes anew,
Please know in your heart that we remember you.
