Senta became my good friend as she contributed her ideas, energy, and enjoyment of life itself in the study of science education and assessment on an international scale.

Senta was a friend and colleague for many years at WestEd. She contributed so much to improve science and technology education. Senta also mentored many researchers over her career and touched so many lives. She will be missed.
