Shelley Barr Obituary

Shelley Conley Barr, born on October 31, 1949, in Steubenville, Ohio, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, compassion, and unwavering dedication to others. She was the beloved daughter of Carl and Wilma Conley and the cherished sister of Tim Conley.
Shelley was the devoted wife of Frederick Barr and a loving mother to Kate, Ben, and the late Chris. She was also a loving grandmother to five grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and pride. Her family was the center of her world, and she nurtured them with endless love and care.
Shelley spent her early career in social work, where she embodied her lifelong commitment to helping others. Whether through her professional work or personal relationships, she was always there to lend a hand, offer support, and make a difference in the lives of those around her.
Shelley's warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit touched everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she impacted.
Despite a long battle with MS, Shelley confronted every challenge with courage, maintaining her positivity, love, and compassion throughout.
Donations in Shelley's memory may be made to The National MS Society, to continue the fight against the disease that she faced with such grace and courage.
