STANLEY MATCHETT Obituary
STANLEY DEAN MATCHETT (Age 85)
Of Upper Marlboro, MD passed away on Monday, February 28, 2022 at his home. He retired after 35 years of service from the Bureau of Census. Stanley is predeceased by his parents and Russell Williams Matchett, Edna Leona (Oliver) Matchett and a brother Rodney Kent Matchett. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ann (Cowan) Matchett; two sons, Steven Douglas Matchett and Dr. James Patrick Matchett; two granddaughters, Jaclyn Elizabeth Matchett and Linsey Caroline Matchett; and a brother Wesley Curtis Matchett.The family will receive friends at Lee Funeral Home Calvert, 8200 Jennifer Lane, Owings, MD 20736 on Monday, March 7, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 11 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Lakemont Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 900 West Central Avenue, Davidsonville, MD 21035.
