My deepest condolences to Jackie and Family. I had the pleasure of knowing Stuart and the whole Mendelson Family for over fifty years. They were like my own family from Al, Murry, Sandy, Ira and Stuart. All of them were and are one of the best and respected families in the DC/ Md.area. May God grant them peace and healing. I will miss Stuart greatly! Jay Gordon

Dear Mendelson family,

Stuart's smile was as big as Potomac, Bethesda, and Silver Spring. His heart was as big as Montgomery county. He loved his family, his friends and his life. I will miss you and I won't forget your love for all those around you. You are simply the best.

With so much sadness,

I have not seen Stuart for over 50 years. We were classmates at Broad Acres ES, Eastern Jr. High, and Montgomery Blair HS. I have very fond memories of our childhood. He was funny, generous, and down to earth. The years have not diminished those wonderful memories.
