REDMOND SUZANNE KREINER REDMOND On Monday, April 28, 2008, SUZANNE KREINER REDMOND of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of Col. Daniel P. Redmond, M.D. (USA Ret.); mother of Matthew O., Sean P., Nicholas E. and Bonnie J.E. Redmond; grandmother of Anna Olivia Redmond; sister of Thomas, Jerome, Timothy and Patrick Kreiner and Kristin Lyon. Relatives and friends may call at St. John the Evangelist Church, 10103 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD on Thursday, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 2, at 11 a.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Birthright of Washington, DC, 12247 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20902. Arrangements by COLLINS FUNERAL HOME.

Suzanne, Dan and the family have been in our prayers since I learned of her illness. I worked with Suzanne at Birthright and her dedication and spirit were inspirational, and her personal sweetness will be long remembered.

I'm a former co-worker of Dr. Redmond (he was a former boss of mine at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research). I first met Mrs. Redmond at Bldg 189 at the Forest Glen Annex. She always had a smile on her face and she was always a delight to be around. Whenever we had a department function, we could always count on Mrs. Redmond's lemon bars. No one else could make them like her. Dr. Redmond, thanks so much for sharing Mrs. Redmond with myself, Richard, April and baby Richard. She's truly a jewel. I'm praying for you and the whole Redmond family. God be with you.

I wish to express my sincere sympathy to Col. Redmond & the whole Redmond Family. I am a former co-worker (RN) who had the
privilege to share the expression of
caring for others. I felt the compassion & caring Suzanne expressed for those in her care.
I also saw the love and compassion she felt for her Family. She was
truly a very special person.
I will always remember her as someone I enjoyed being with,
both as a friend and co-worker.
