SYLVIA R. FRASIER
Suddenly on Monday, September 16, 2013; loving and beloved daughter of James Sr. and Eloise Frasier.; devoted sister of Marvena Simmonds, Lindlee Frasier, Wanda Wallace, Maria Moore, Wendy Edmonds and J. Bobbe Frasier, Jr. She is also survived by a host of nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Ms. Frasier will lie in state at Rhema Christian Center, 1825 Michigan Ave. NE, on Saturday, September 28, from 10 a.m. until Funeral Services at 11 a.m. Interment private. Services by STEWART.

Sylvia - You always had that beautiful smile. I know you would understand that I wasn't there today as I lost my only (20 yrs old) son this time last year. I will miss seeing you and have felt like we have know one another forever.
Family of Sylvia - Cherish those precious memories for that is what gets us through these times. I still cry but often am able to smile about the memories I cherish. Griefing is a different process for all of us.

Dear Marvena & Family,
I am so sorry to learn of the sudden passing of your sister. I remember how close your family is and the wonderful times you all have together.
You now have an Angel watching over each one of you and even though there is pain in your heart, I know that God will soothe your pain and be with you all as you remember the life of your sister.
