It's been awhile but I know the pain is still there. Just remember: Take one day at a time. It seems to be easier that way.

Chris & Joe,

Friendship is about sharing laughter and tears, good times, and support. Few friends get to be this close so quickly. We wish for

you to remember the times you and Tami couldn't stop laughing. The times she would suprise you ,by showing up for happy hour at the beach. The long nights listening to

oldies. Remember her with a smile.

We miss her too.

We are truly sorry to lose such a bright and warm person. Always a smile and kind word for everyone and always standing up for those less fortunate. We were lucky to know her. Kyle, she just talked and talked about you and baseball and your wonderful grades. Joe & Chris, our love to you and a stong hope that the rain will slacken a little for you now. Tami is certainly in a better place, with her Mom and Dad. Love, Rick (Mike) & Barb

I will miss Tami very much as we shared many personal experiences and funny stories over the years. My message is for you, Kyle, as she cared so much about you and you were always her inspiration to keep going. (At her surprise birthday party I told you this and it was before she got sick). She would show your report card to Jay & I and was just "Oh, so proud!" May God walk beside you the rest of your life and remember that she will always be "Oh, so proud" of you and a special part of her will always be with you.

My heartfelt sympathy to all of Tami's family and especially her son Kyle at her passing. I worked with Tami for over 8 years at Kennedy Institute and loved and respected her as I know so many who knew her did. Tami was such a special friend and we shared many moments not only about our work but also about our families. I pray God will give her family and indeed all of us the strength and faith to accept that she is in a better place today.

Chris, Bobby and Kyle,

I hope you know (Kyle, you probably don't remember me, but I worked with your mom when you were a just a youngster), I always held a fond place in my heart for Tami. She was a wonderful, caring person who always went out of her way to support me, and did so with a grand sense of humor and outlook on life. Even though I hadn't seen her in years I always regarded our association, both personally and professionally, as a highlight of my time at KI.

I wish I could be there, but just cannot. Please accept my heartfelt condolences and know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all on this sad day.

Sincerely, Jeff

My heart is so heavy to hear of Tami's passing but it is filled with a smile all over again when I think of the many laughs Tami and I enjoyed over the many years here at KI. She was one of the first people I met over 12 years ago when I began as an intern. She and Judy referred to me as the "young buck". She was an inspiration in our profession of helping others and also shared wonderful personal and family related moments with me as I blossomed into a mother and a seasoned KI staffer. She'll be missed.

Tami was a truly exceptional person and will be missed very much by all who knew her. I will always remember Tami and the fun we had working together at Kennedy Institute. She was such a smart, funny, and loving person--she had all those qualities that are so hard to find in an individual. I am a better person for knowing Tami. May God rest her soul in peace...

I am sadden by the loss of such a great friend of 20 years. I will miss Tami a great deal. I can remember her last time being at Kennedy and she and I were in her office laughing about how old we were when we started at Kennedy - (because she and I shared the same birth year)and how old we are now.

I will also really miss the times that we would reminence of the early times at Kennedy, trying to hold on to the great memories.

Bobby, Chris, and Kyle, please know that my family will be praying for you as you go through these most difficult days, knowing that God is too wise to make a mistake.
