THOMAS RALPH GREER JR.

Thomas Ralph Greer, Jr. from Ashburn, Virginia passed away at the Memory Care Unit At Ashby Ponds on January 7, 2023.



He was the husband of Linda Louise Blettner Greer of Ashburn, Virginia. Born May 1941 in Redding, California, Tom was the son of Thomas Ralph Greer, Sr., and Ida Mae Viles Greer. He served in the Navy from October 5, 1964 through April 1, 1993 (both active duty and Navy Reserve) and retired as a CWO4. He worked for the Board for Correction of Naval Records in Arlington, Virginia, from 1977 and retired in 2009.



Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Thomas Ralph Greer, III and Erika Greer of Parrish, Florida, and Charles Edward Greer and Gwenn Greer, of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. He has four grandchildren Charles Ean Greer, Mason Glenn Greer and Sarah Josephine Greer, who live in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina and Nora Grace Greer in Parrish, Florida. Tom is also survived by various nieces and nephews in California and Idaho.



Tom's ashes will be buried in Pennsylvania later this year at the family's convenience.
