I found out last week at the class of 1965 reunion that Tom had died.
I remember playing football with Tom on the 1964 team, he was the leading scorer in the conference also he was a very good baseball player.
Sad to hear that he is gone.
Bye Tom.

I often wondered how Thomas was doing after he retired, but couldn't get an update until a coworker recently showed me his obituary. Thomas was a wonderful coworker at NTIA. He had a purposeful walk, engaging smile and took amazing pictures at every event we had at the agency and made sure everyone received their photo shots. He's been missed. My prayers and condolences to his family and friends.

Tom (that's what he was called then) attended my Bar Mitvah and was a life-long friend. He had a wonderful heart and I loved him. Marlin Blizinsky

Tom was my brother from another mother. We grew up in literally, the same block and journeyed together, from elementary to high school. He was a wayy better athlete and scholar than I. Our good friendship endured, nonetheless. Love you and miss you, brother

Thomas was a great guy and a lot of fun. We worked together at NTIA for many years. I especially remember our business trips to Puerto Rico and Nevada. He always surprised me with his knowledge and good humor. He also took my daughter and myself to a ball game where we met his cousin, Dave Winfield. I lost touch after I was transferred to Boulder. I thought of him today, and tried to locate him. Sorry for your loss.

Tom and I went through Marshall Junior and St Paul Central High School. We were good friends. He would visit St Paul and come to reunions and we would be together. One of our favorite places to lunch was W.A. Frost's patio and we shared many joyful, happy times there. I also knew Tom's sister, Kathy, because of theater. They are now leaving an empty place in my heart. Gone but always in my heart and memories.

Tom Hardy and I were friends from Junior High and beyond. We joked and teased each other through those teen years and later reconnected as adults. He was always filled with joy and enthusiasm for life and learning. I have a little "autograph book" from 9th grade, where Tom put his picture and signed" To the nicest person I know except for me." That sums up his humor and it makes me smile.

Tom was very special to me. We shared many happy memories of our times at Marshall and Central and often we would get together when he returned home to catch up with each other's lives after he settled in D.C. I will miss him tremendously and so sad that he had to suffer the ravages of Alzheimers. Gone from the face of the earth but always in my heart and memories.
