On February 5, 2004, Admiral THOMAS HINMAN MOORER of Bethesda, MD. Beloved husband of carrie Foy Moorer; devoted father of Thomas R. Moorer of Dallas, TX, Ellen Butcher of Fort Myers, FL, Richard F. Moorer of Cabin John, VA and Robert H. Moorer of Gaithersburg, MD. He is also survived by two brothers, 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services and interment will be held at the Memorial Chapel, Arlington National Cemetery on Tuesday, February 24 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Fisher House Foundation, 1401 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852, the Naval Aviation Museum Foundation, PO Box 33104, NAS, Pensicola, FL 32508 or the charity of your choice.
