Suddenly on Sunday, October 12, 2003. Beloved son of Karen Smith-Morgan, Wilbert Oliver and stepfather, Donald Morgan, Jr.; devoted father of Tirrell D. Smith; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation Monday, October 20, from 9:30 a.m. until hour of services, 11:30 a.m. at Allen Chapel AME Church, 2498 Alabama Ave., SE. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery. Arrangements by Austin-Royster.
