We are so shocked and saddened to hear about Todd. He was a sweet, kind, energetic, loving boy. We have many fond memories of him. I, Sandra, still remember how much fun he, Jennifer and Danielle had together as children playing back and forth. We will always treasure those memories. Words are not adequate at this time to tell you how we feel. Please know that we care and may it comfort you to know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
Love always,

Even though you were only at Davis and Elkins College for a short time, I know that you greatly impacted my life... I can't think about freshmen year without remembering how you, me, lara, jenny, becky, and kent always hung out together. I'll never forget how when we went caving, you were so afraid of that little brown bat!! shigh... We all love ya, and will miss you.
Always loved, forever remembered...

Linda and Charlie,
We were away over New Years and just now learned of your loss after seeing all the cars pull up outfront. After a neighbor calling and asking if we knew what had happened and we saying we had no idea, we asked one of your friends and they informed us what had happened. We are in absolute shock at Todd's passing. Words are so inadequate at this time, so we pray time will in some way accomplish what no words can do. May the comfort of friends and family be your strength now and in the days ahead. May God hold you both as well as Jennifer, in His arms and heal the sorrow that you feel.
God love you all,
Lanie and Ron Bellman, Neighbors

I haven't known Todd very long, but meeting through mutual friends brought instant friendship. I always felt welcomed in Todd's home and it's wonderful to make friends so quickly. The last time I saw Todd, about a week ago, I made him an iggy in a blanket... he liked it so much he eyed the one I made for myself to the point that I offered him a bite of mine--which, without too much hesitation he gladly accepted. I will remember sharing good food, good times, and good laughs with Todd, and will miss him dearly.
With sympathy,
Lizzy

Todd and I attended art classes together when we were children. I remember several times spending time with him outside of class, going to movies and laughing about childish things. From time to time, as we grew up, we would occasionally bump into one another and say hello. Todd was always a happy guy, and I will always remember him as a very kind and gentle soul, as well as his smile. You are missed, Todd.

There is no real way to describe Todd in summation; there is only the abundance of memories. But we all knew him as a great person, always smiling and willing to lend a hand. An artist, a poet, a comedian. A true friend. Todd touched many lives, and we will all remember him fondly.
