Van would have been proud of the celebration of life given to him yesterday. The lodge honored him with sincere respect and affection. The grand children spoke their hearts with much love for their cherished grand father and played beautifully playing music. Van's life long friend described the very same man we all knew and loved. With this sad day behind us may Yvonne, Debbie and the rest of the Bean family live on with Van forever in their hearts. Rest in piece my dear friend and brother Beach Bum Bean.

Yvonne-Sending you virtual hugs and sadness for your loss
of Van. As I said to Debbie, Van was like the Ever-ready
Bunny! He never gave up despite many set backs over
the years. And we hated to see you leave Ambleside Dr.,
but it was necessary in order to make your life easier.
Keeping you in thought and prayer, take good care of
YOU, & hugs to everyone! Carol & Doug

Van has always been a cherished friend and lodge brother. Lucky for me his friendship came with the Bean family whom I have grown extremely fond of as well. Van lived a wonderful life and he loved his family beyond words. May he rest in peace! I know the Bean family live with memories of Van in their hearts forever. Stay strong!

I am so sorry for your loss. It is always so very hard to lose a loved one in death. God understands your loss and is near to all those calling on him. To all who call on him in truth. He hears their cry for help, and he rescues them. (Psalms 145:18) To his wife Yvonne Bean, daughter Debbie (Terry) Dunne and grandfather of Matthew, Steven and Kristina Dunne, your family and friends have my deepest condolences.
