VIRGILIO Y. ANGELO
Virgilio Yamio Angelo, 82, of Arlington, VA, passed away Wednesday morning, October 22, 2014 at his home. He was a retired cook at Fort Myer after many years of service. Surviving are his wife, Lourdes Fister Angelo; children, Melinda Cabiling (William), Renato Angelo, Rebecca Wernstrom (Marc), Angelita Lupetaliaami (Tony), Michael Angelo and Evelyn Salas (Wilbur); grandchildren, Mark, Belle, Jessie, JR, Jenna, Andrew, Maya, Anthony, Sophia, Lisa, Frankie and Willa; his beloved brother and sister, Agustin and Naty Fister, the Fisters, the Angelos and the Puljus. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Everly-Wheatley Funeral Home, 1500 W. Braddock Rd., Alexandria, VA 22303. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday, October 27, 2014 at the Cathedral of St. Thomas More in Arlington, VA. Interment will follow in Columbia Gardens Cemetery.
