WARREN BEMBRY Obituary

BEMBRY WARREN EDWARD BEMBRY July 24, 1965 - March 15, 2021 Of Gaithersburg, Maryland, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at his home. Warren was born July 24, 1965 in Atlantic City, New Jersey and loved by the late Thomas and Mary Bembry. The family moved to Pleasantville, New Jersey when Warren was three years old. He attended grade school, junior high then graduated from Pleasantville High School Class of 1983. Immediately after high school Warren joined the United States Navy, where he excelled in electronics and attained the rank of Petty Officer First Class before retiring with an Honorable discharge with many decorations after 20 years of service to Maryland. His dedication to job performance led him to rejoin the Naval Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland in the same career he had while enlisted. Warren was driven by love of music and dance; from 60's soul, 70's rock, funk, disco, rap, 80's electronica and everything that followed. He took up the electric guitar at age nine and was adept with keyboards. In the late 70's he discovered the art of mixing with turntables, it was here he found his niche. He studied the masters before him, learning every nuance of mixing and making beats. Warren was soon producing his own music and attracting attention, playing at parties and local clubs. He continued and progressed, and while stationed in Naples, Italy became known as DJ Vjuan Allure. He took the club scene by storm and has performed all over the world. His record label EliteBeatz stands as just one of his legacy achievements; he wrote, produced and performed for and with many celebrities. Warren's life was full of learning and getting people to make the most out of situations they were in. He stood strong against challenges and through his determination and willpower - would always conquer any obstacle in his path. He loved and cherished his family and friends and would do anything to help any of them. He was kind, humble, sweet, dependable, loyal, extremely smart; resourceful and courageous, outgoing, humorous, and just a beautiful person inside and out. Warren is survived by his brother, Barry Bembry of Cranston, Rhode Island; sister, Lisa Bembry of Altamonte Springs, Florida; nieces and nephews, Arlene, David, Diamond, Jewel, Jaden and Savion. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Janel Bembry. A Memorial is in the planning.
