To : The family of Pastor Warren Crudup Jr.
Our Thoughts & Prayers are for the Crudup and St. Paul Temple church family. Heart felt condolences from Pastor Elder Robert Campbell Sr. ( Dallas, Texas). I'm a former member of St. Paul ( 1983 )under the leadership of the late Bishop Warren Crudup Sr. Warren Jr. & I has been friends for 27 years. I recently reconnected with him on FaceBook. In times like these take comfort in God's holy word - To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. I know he's in a better place just resting.

We send our deepest sympathy to Kauren, Trae, and to the family, fellow churchmembers, and friends of Warren Crudup. Warren was our neighbor for many years in Fort Washington, MD. He was a great friend to our family. In the latter years of our mother's life alone in our family home on Taylor Ave., Warren went above and beyond to look out for her. He sent meals. He checked in on her regularly. When he learned that of her deep-seated fear of being in the house alone at night because of a break-in and attack she suffered many years earlier, he permitted Kauren and Trae to take turns spending the night with "Grandma" to keep her company. We are so saddened by his passing. His death is a huge loss, not only to his family, church and friends, but to humanity. We will greatly miss him. We are praying for the strength of those who knew and loved Warren to get through this difficult season. Kauren, Trae, please know that we consider you our family and will do anything we can to assist you and keep you close for the rest of our lives. -- The Pritchett Family

I grew up at St. Paul Temple Church of God in Christ and was taught so many things from the whole body of the church and can never repay but can show what was taught and instilled in me from the teachings of Bishop Crudup and Pator Warren Crudup Jr. they both were exceptional people and always carried a smile that is unforgettable. May God Bless The Crudup family and the St. Paul Temple Church Of God In Christ family as they cope with the loss of a great father, mentor, teacher, pastor, and friend. I know with everything that was taught to me that Pastor Crudup Jr. would not rather be anywhere else than to be smacked dabbed in Gods perfect will.
