On Friday, October 25, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Diane Reed-Abney; other relatives and friends. Mr. Abney will lie in state at First Bethel Baptist Church, 9171 Central Ave., Capitol Heights, MD, Friday, November 1 from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Interment Harmony Memorial Park. Services by STEWART.
