My best friend, educator, confidant and mother, you were my rock when the world turned its back to me. Your stern personality was the outer shell of a strong, sensitive, and loving individual. You believed in many and saw the potential of everyone whose life you touched. When I was lost your spirit found me in the grip of the deep trenches within the society that longed to see me fail. You opened your home to me as you held me in your arms and kept me from all hurt, harm and danger. It's almost like it were yesterday that I saw your face, you told me how proud you were of me. I promise that I will continue to follow in your footsteps keeping in mind your famous line "In the midst of your climbing the rocks may be rigid but don't give up, keep going forward. For that too shall pass...Love Always, Me.

I'll always remember your glowing smile. You made my day easier.
May the family be comforted to know that Heaven has an angel.

Wilhelmina and I have been friends over half a century. There are no words to express how much I miss her. My prayer is that her spirit will continue to journey with all whose lives she touched.May we share God's love and peace - as we share her wonderful legacy.
