BROWN

WILLIAM ALBERT BROWN "Bill"

William "Bill" Albert Brown of Ashburn, Virginia passed away peacefully on January 12, 2024. Bill was an amazing husband to his late wife, Kathy, and beloved father to Andrew. Bill was born on August 30, 1945 in Logan, Ohio, and spent the past thirty-five years in Ashburn, Virginia.

Bill had worked for Loudoun County in the 90s. He also had jobs at CSI Disposal and Old Dominion Brewery, but ultimately returned to Loudoun County government where he worked for over 20 years, retiring within the Department of Building and Development in 2020.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Jean; and his beloved wife, Kathy.

Bill is survived by his son, Andrew (Melissa); brother Tom (Peggy); sister Jane; and brother Ed (Paula). He will be missed by their dog Lilly.

A mass will be held on Wednesday, January 17, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Theresa Church in Ashburn. A funeral will be held that evening from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Adams Green Funeral Home in Herndon, VA.

Bill was a kind, caring, wonderful friend. He always helped in any situation and had a smile that lit up the room. His was a life well lived! My condolences to his family.
