WILLIAM BUDZENSKI Obituary
WILLIAM A. BUDZENSKI (Age 77)
Of Ellenton, FL passed away on October 30, 2016. Originally from Terryville, Connecticut. William, lovingly known by many as "Bud", moved to the Washington DC area, first securing a job with the FBI, before faithfully serving as a Metropolitan DC Police Officer for 30 years. He later moved to Ellenton, Florida in 1999. He is survived by his wife Jean Budzenski; son William John Budzenski; daughter Cynthia Sue Fuss-Everett; daughter-in-law Michelle Budzenski; son-in-law Rick Everett; granddaughters Kendra Reese Budzenski, LilLee Mary Grace Everett, Megan Rickelle Everett; grandsons Brayden William Christopher Budzenski, Christopher William Valentine Fuss and Nicholas Robert Millard Fuss. He is also survived by stepson Brian Crane; granddaughter Angela Nichole Crane; two brothers Arthur Gren and Ronald Budzenski; two sisters Florence Davis and Louise Martin; and many extended family members and friends.Viewing will be held at Covell Funeral Home, 4232 26th Street West, Bradenton, FL on Sunday, November 6, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Mass will be Celebrated at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 505 26th St. West, Palmetto, FL, Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 11 am.The family request that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to Wounded Warriors, St. Jude, Shriners or the charity of your choice in the name of William A.Budzenski.

Besides being a Knight of Columbus member, he was the first mate on my boat. We cruised the Chesapeake Bay together. I will miss his humor and friendship.
