Uncle Bill, or Billy, as myself and my sister and brother used to call him, will be truly missed. I'll always remember him in my childhood memories and one time in particular, when he spent a Christmas with my family before he ever had kids of his own. He really helped me emotionally, when I was helping to care for my dad, his brother, through a very sad time in my life. Farewell, Uncle Bill. Give my dad a hug. Love, your niece, Dee

"Billy" Heslop, as we called him, was my uncle. My father, the late Bob Heslop, was his brother. My fondest memories of Billy are of going to his home in Annapolis, MD. as a child. He was always very kind to me and my brother and sister. We played at his house for hours on end, while our parents visited, usually on Sunday afternoon.
"Billy" will be missed by all.
