Mr. Lee was my favorite teacher at Yorktown. He was down to earth and genuine. I started off going to college for psychology because of him but switched to nursing. He was an inspiration to me. RIP Mr. Lee.

Mr. Lee was my psychology teacher at Yorktown High School, and he left a mark that few teachers did. He was so engaging and enthusiastic. He really cared about us and that we learned the subject. I will never forget him.

Remember how we had to write a book about ourselves? I still have mine... that would have been written around 1978/9... crazy.

Mr Lee taught us that life was a bunch of decisions. He helped us explore which path to take and gave us confidence to "pay our money and make our choices." After 35 years I remember his words so well... and I honestly believe that he played a big part in me becoming the successful person I am today. What a wonderful man he was! God bless his family as they grieve the loss of this truly great man.

Such an animated and engaging teacher. To this day I periodically repeat one of the things he used to say in our class over 30 years ago, "I'll see it when I believe it." He left his mark....mission accomplished. Rest in peace.

I remember writing a paper in Mr. Lee's class, and the note he wrote when he graded it was "you'll do fine in life". I've remembered his words 34 years later, and those words have given me strength through some difficult times. I'm sorry I never told him, as an adult, how much those words meant to me. He was an incredible man.

More than 30 years later, Mr. Lee's class is still so vivid in my memory. What a blessed man and teacher. His students loved him. A special, special teacher.

Mr. Lee was my psychology teacher at Yorktown in 1979-1980. He opened our eyes so much and was such a forward-thinking teacher--really ahead of his time. In 1997 I received my Master's Degree in Social Work and have been a clinical social worker since that time. Mr. Lee certainly helped me become the person I am today. He also helped us get through adolescence--quite a tall order. My heart goes out to his loving family.

Mr. Lee was my HS Psych teacher and he changed my world lens and inspired my life and my work. Thank you for pushing the limits, praising me for thinking outside the box, for reading every word I wrote and letting me know you "got" me and that you were pulling for me (and everyone else in your stead). And way cool that we met the "real" Three Faces of Eve. See you on the other side! Peace Out. XO ~ Carlie.
