Bill, my cousin, and I shared so many good times...playing together as children in the neighborhood and at Grandmother Lienesch's Christmas Eve parties, attending the same grade school and high school, both members of the Speech Club at CHS, playing tennis in high school days, participating together in the Summer Forensic Speech Workshops at Ohio Univerity. So great being with Bill at our Family Reunion in Dayton in 2013.

I had the pleasure to work with Bill while I was at the Environmental Protection Agency in San Francisco. Bill was my trusted colleague at the Headquarters Office of Underground Storage Tanks and we enjoyed many many projects both frustrating and rejoiceful. Rest in Peace Bill.
