Hello, I am Winter B. Simpson,
aka Spankie, in the MPDC Police Dept. I was assigned to #7 Pct where Sgt. Wiseman and I work together. My five years from 1960 1965 I was a relief tempory where I work with Bill,Gene Mayo and Roy Lamar.
He was a very patient person and could work with anybody. I was happy to have been a friend of Mr. Wiseman.
Can someone let me know of any Church
service's.
