Xandria I will never forget your heart in how you comforted me during my trials. You told me to "trust the process", and we recognized that it is, His process. Thank you Sis, I will forever carry your words in spirit, in my heart. May God Bless your daughter and your family. In Sincere Sympathy, Deidra Williams

As a Merlgrovian myself I am truly saddened to learn of another loss. Even though I did not know Xandria, the mere fact that we are all from the same "Family", is enough to cause grief. May the good Lord continue to bless and strenghten the family and friends left behind and please be encouraged to live on the good memories of Xandria. To her daughter Xavia, you will survive come what may. You will never suffer or go hungry or feel neglected; just contact the MGHS Group if there is a problem and I can assure you that somewhere somehow help will be on its way. That is how strong the MGHS Family ties are and you are a part of this Family. God Bless You All.

I am a past student of Merl Grove High School and I knew Xandria. We were not in the same year group but as a Merl Grovian everyone was family. My heart goes out to her daughter and family. It hard when we loose our love ones but in spite of everything God knows what's best and I know she is in a better place. Keep her memory alive. Xavia you will always have an angel watching you.

My brother was a co-worker and good friend and I am only sorry I did not get the chance to meet Xandria, from all accounts she was a wonderful woman and friend. I attended Columbia Union College with Xandria we actually had 2-3 classes together. Our last class together was in July 2004 before I graduated.
Xandria was very determined to attain her degree and always striving for the best. She always talked about how much she loved Xavia.
My Deepest Sympathy,

To Xandria's Family,
My deepest sympathy to you for losing Xandria. You do not know me, but I bet I know something about each of you!! Xandria loved her family and talked about them all of the time. I grief for my friend and mourn her loss. I met Xandria at Entergy, and although I only worked with her for a few months, we've remained friends over the years. I remember her contacting me to help her write a tribute for her grandmother when she passed. I remember her emails of encouragement and inspiration. I remember that she truly trusted God and believed that he would cause her to TRIUMPH over any injustice or unfortunate circumstance. I remember that she LOVED her daughter and worked tirelessly to provide the very BEST for her. I ran into Xandria the week before her death -- she was excited about her new home that she'd recently purchased. I was glad that my friend was "getting a break". Little did we both know that God had even BETTER plans. Rest in peace Xandria, I will miss you dearly.
Love Always,
Veda

Xandria touched my life with her faith. This was a woman who had a zest for life and who knew that God was the source of her life. I can't express the sorrow that I feel for this lost of life and the child (Xavia) who is without her mom. I believe that God has an awesome purpose for Xavia's life and will keep her as He says in his word Psalm 68:5
A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling.
