The way our family always remembers John is the patient and kind way he always treated the boys he coached at GMBL (baseball). He was a rare, always encouraging, upbeat gentleman who our Ryan has extremely fond memories. It's rare for a man to be so universally liked. Our prayers and sympathy go to the family. John will be in our thoughts and memories for a very long time.

We are so saddened to learn of John's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with Maria and the children. John was a very special man. Our son, Auberon, played baseball on Ryan's team, with John as coach the first year we moved to Manassas. Both John and Maria were so welcoming to our family. John will be missed by so many!
