Joann Elbe Obituary
Joann M. Elbe, 80, Wausau, died Friday, September 30, 2016 at Aspirus Hospice House, Wausau.
She was born May 10, 1936 in Wisconsin Rapids, daughter of the late Henry and Mary (Reddin) Ticknor. On September 20, 1958 she married Robert "Bob" Elbe in Wisconsin Rapids. He survives.
Survivors include her husband, Robert "Bob", daughter, Robyn (Jay) Reynolds and their children, Charlie and Tyler; daughter, Susan; son-in-law, David Lyne and their children, Joanna, Judy and Thomas; brother, Ted (Miki) Ticknor; and sister-in-law, Pat Ticknor.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Tony Ticknor.
A memorial Mass was celebrated Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at St. Matthew Catholic Church, Wausau. Rev. Robert Thorn presided.

I am very saddened by Joann's passing. I have many good memories of our times together. I didn't see much of her in our later years but knew I could count on her as a friend.
