Kirk Hummel Obituary
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016, at 10:30 a.m. at Orchard Hill Church in Cedar Falls, with the Rev. Jesse Henkle officiating. Burial will be in Harlington Cemetery in Waverly. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4 until 7 p.m. at the Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home in Waverly and also an hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church. Memorials may be directed to the family for a later designation and online condolences for Kirk may be left at www.kaisercorson.com.
Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home in Waverly is assisting the family with arrangements.

My deepest sympathies to the Hummel Family. Such tragedies are always so hard to comprehend. Kirk was such a pleasant, friendly student at A-B. And although many years have passed since I taught Kirk, he will always be remembered with great fondness and respect. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
