I met Shirley at ETSU and we immediately became inseparable friends. We laughed and cried together. We shared secrets and dreams. We we both Wisconsin Sleepers so you know we had some good times. There are so many stories to tell but I what I want her family to know is that she was truly an amazing person. Her word was her bond. She was very giving of herself, her time and had an infections laugh. I looked for her for many years but it was not to be. So Shirley I will see you again after the blowing of the final trumpet.. Rest well Sis.
