Colleen Kacher Obituary
She was born in Albia to Gene & Vern Richmond. She married Dennis Kacher on Oct.3,1953 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Waterloo. She was employed at Rath Packing Co. & served as secretary to the Union. She also worked at Walgreens & at Hawkeye Tech. She was a member of St. Edward's Catholic Church, Catholic Daughter's & Legion of Mary.
Survived by 2 daughters, Terri (Joe) Kurtz of Bettendorf & Patti Kacher of Haines City, FL; 7 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren & 7 great-great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Arlene Kacher of Cedar Rapids; & numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.
Preceded in death by: parents Gene & Vern; husband Dennis; siblings: Maxine (Stan) Hall, Glenn (Micky Perrin) Richmond & Kathleen (Bob) Hall; brother-in-law: DeVere Kacher; & numerous cousins.
The funeral mass will be at 10:30 am on Monday, July 8, at St. Edward's Catholic Church in Waterloo, with entombment at Mt. Olivet Mausoleum. Visitation will be at church for an hour before service. It will be livestreamed at www.sted.org.
Condolences may be left online at www.hagartywaychoffgrarup.com. Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice or St. Edward's Catholic Church in her name.

Very Found memories of Dennis and Colleen , they were great friends to my grand parents and went on may an adventure together . I grew up a couple of house down from them on Ridgeway
