Dianne Marovets Obituary

WATERLOO- Dianne(Clemons)Marovets, 73 of Waterloo, passed away Tuesday June 4, 2024 at home after a long battle of COPD and was in the care of Cedar Valley Hospice.

She was born in Waterloo IA, daughter of Mary Jane and Gerald Clemons. Dianne worked in the kitchen at Allen Hospital in her younger years. She cleaned houses later on. She loved fishing, crocheting, dogs, her flowers, birds, squirrels, crafting with her daughter and holidays. Her love for Elvis was undeniable. She loved going to Blue Suede Memories with her granddaughter. Bill Chrastil was her favorite Elvis tribute artist. She loved her family and friends very much. She left behind her beloved dog Lisa Marie.

Dianne is survived by her daughter Tammy of Waterloo, Son, Chad of Evansdale, her Granddaughter Sarah of Evansdale, Her Grandson, Brandon of Waterloo, her Great Great Grandson Aaron Mikel of Evansdale, her Great Great Granddaughter Riley of Maine, her Brother Roger(Vicki) Clemons of Waterloo, lots of aunts, uncles, cousins and her 2 best friends Amelia Dewitz of Waterloo and Judy Allen of Waterloo.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Jim of 49 years in 2021, sister Debra, her twin sons Ronald and Randy and daughter Sarah Scott.

There will be a graveside service on June 22nd for immediate family only. Also we will be burying her husband Jim's ashes at the same time.

There will be a Celebration of Life on July 27th from 1-4 at the Cedar Falls Amvets
