MANCHESTER-Phyllis Ann Cassman, 93, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at her home with family by her side.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to the American Stroke Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75231.
