WATERLOO – Steve Ernest Ebaugh, 67, died on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Ravenwood Specialty Care.
He was born on December 29, 1955, in Waterloo, the son of Ralph and Patricia (Moore) Ebaugh. On August 7, 2006, he was united in marriage to Cynthia White in Galena, IL. He was an Army veteran and was most recently employed at Walmart in the Shipping and Receiving department.
Steve is survived by his wife, son, Joseph (Erin) Ebaugh Rechtfertig of North Liberty; three grandchildren, Tatum, Joseph III, and Theodore Rechtfertig; and brother, Larry Ebaugh of Cedar Falls.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Garry, and two sisters, Christine Ellingson and Geraldine Ebaugh.
Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 25, 2023, at Greenwood Cemetery in Cedar Falls. Visitation will be at Richardson Funeral Service beginning at 11:00 a.m. until service time.
