Dorothy Ann Walters

WALTERS, Dorothy, 80, resident of Prattville, AL, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 30, 2025. Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025 at 2:00 pm from Montgomery Memorial Cemetery officiated by Richard Walters with Prattville Memorial directing. Mrs. Walters was preceded in death by her husband, David William Walters, Sr.; son, David William Walters, Jr.; parents, Guy and Virginia Tanner; brother, Jimmy Guy Tanner. She is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Walters Morton (Scott) and Jennifer Walters Skinner (Kenneth); son, Michael David Walters (Kelli); five grandchildren, Jessica Nicole Shirosky, Chase David Walters (Lindsay), Trace Allen Walters, Kourtney Ann Jacks (Matthew) and Kaitlyn Michelle Hicks (Logan); two great-grandchildren, LilliAnne Grier and Caroline Hicks; several nieces and nephews; extended family and friends. She was very loving wife, mother and nana. She also enjoyed cooking and taking care of her family and friends. Pallbearers will be Chase Walters, Trace Walters, Scott Morton, Kenneth Skinner, Logan Hicks and Matthew Jacks.
