Floyd was born on November 14,1941 in Watertown,Wisonsin to Erwin and Martha(Bast) Block.He married Nancy Kube on September 28,1966. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 4 years. He had been employed by APV Crepaco for over 28 years. Floyd is survived by his wife, Nancy; his daughters, Christine(Rod) Gulick; Kathleen Block; nieces a nephew and other relatives and friends.
Floyd was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Russell and Wayne; and sister in-law; Marva. Interment will be private
