Oconomowoc, WI - Joanne Lorraine Zaferos (Morrison), 93, was welcomed into the arms of her Savior in heaven on Sunday, December 7, 2025 in Mount Pleasant, WI. Joanne was preceded in death by her husband George. Joanne is survived by her children, George M. Zaferos (Carrie), Linda Black (Don), Mary Pelton (Dave), Susan Zaferos, and Sara Portale (Andy), 15 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, nephews and nieces. There will be a visitation at 10:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 12, 2025 at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church at 1650 Brown Street in Oconomowoc. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Oconomowoc, WI are suggested. Joanne's family is grateful for the loving care she has received for the past 27 months at Harvest Home Assisted Living in Mount Pleasant.
