Kathleen Arndt Obituary

Kathleen Faye "Kathy" Arndt, 80, of Wenatchee Washington, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025. She was born on February 10, 1945, in Sage, Arkansas to Alvin and Maimie Reeves.
Kathy spent most of her life in Wenatchee, Washington, where she met her one and only love, Bruce Arndt. They were married and made their home in the Wenatchee Valley. Bruce and Kathy enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. Kathy lived her life with a kind spirit and a deep love for her family. She enjoyed documenting life through the lens of her camera, capturing important moments and creating cherished photo albums for the people she loved. Although Bruce and Kathy had no children of their own, they were always actively involved in the lives of their many nieces and nephews.
Kathy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bruce Arndt; her parents, Alvin and Maimie Reeves; her brother and sister-in-law Edsel and Evelyn Reeves and her sister and brother-in-law Lona Mae and Jim Zellner. She is survived by her brother Roy Reeves and his wife Imogene of Scottsdale, Arizona and her many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Marie Barber. Marie is the definition of a true friend as evident by the many ways she helped and supported Kathy over the years.
Please join the family for a memorial service honoring Kathy's life at The American Legion Hall in Wenatchee, WA. The service will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2025 at 1:00 in the afternoon.
In honor of Kathy's deep love for animals, donations can be made in her name to The Wenatchee Humane Society.

She will be missed. I knew her my whole life. We worked together at Wells & Wade Fruit and then at Dole. Her husband worked at Alcoa with my dad.
