Randy Ferguson
June 3, 1954 - May 13, 2024
Quincy, WA
Randy was born in Tacoma, WA, and lived there until the summer of 1967, when his parents and brother, Kevin, moved to Quincy, WA. He graduated from Quincy High School, and went on to attend Highline Junior College in Des Moines, WA. He then attended various flight schools, specializing in crop dusting, before becoming employed by Stephen's Flying Service back in Quincy. Randy eventually purchased the business, which became Ferguson's Flying Service. He was well respected in the farming community and took care of the local farmers crops for decades. He was a beloved coach for many kids in town. For the past several years, Randy worked for Chinook Pass Outfitters hauling hunters into camp on horseback.
Randy passed peacefully the morning of May 13, 2024, with family by his side, just short of his 70th birthday. Waiting for him on the other side are his parents: Don and Carol (Phelps); brothers: LeRoy, Gary and Kevin; infant sister, Linda; and his beloved son, Darin. Left to mourn his passing are his brother, Terry (Patty); his cherished niece, Sophia; and his life partner of these past 12 years: Beth Kirkpatrick; along with her children Randy loved as his own: Parker, Madison, and Tanner. We are beyond grateful for the incredible care Beth took of Randy this past year. She has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Wilson Disease Association by visiting https://wilsondisease.org.
