Family always came first for Lois, as she was a dedicated wife, mom, grandmother and great-grandmother. Lois was a talented artist, who loved to create. She was so talented in fact, she was offered an art scholarship from the University of St. Francis. Lois also loved traveling with Tommy, and spending time at Adams Lake. She enjoyed the company of her many friends and will be remembered as a true friend to all and a great listener. Faith was important to Lois. She was one of the first parishioners at St. Therese Catholic Church, where she also served in the Rosary Sodality. Lois was a Kin Club member where she enjoyed socializing with her family. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Mark (Kay) Hageman, Scott (Sabina) Hageman, and Sharon (Keith) Shie; grandchildren, Neal (Amber) Hageman, Joel (Agata) Hageman, Todd (Shabs) Hageman, Samuel Hageman, Amanda Shie, and Alex Shie; great-grandchildren, Max, Kaia, Owen, Fiona, and Nora Hageman; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Committal Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
