Randy D. Hogg, age 57, of Linn Grove, IN, passed away at 6:18 AM on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at his home. He was born on Wednesday, April 24, 1968, in Decatur, IN. He married Martha Jane (Lawernce) Hogg on Thursday, July 23, 2015 in Adams Co., IN. Randy was a 1986 graduate of South Adams High School. He was a member of the Union Chapel Nazarene Church. Randy worked at First Fleet Trucking for over 20 years. He enjoyed tinkering on tractors, taking trips, working in the yard, riding his Harley Davidson, and above all spending time with his grandchildren. Randy will be forever missed by his Wife - Martha Jane (Lawernce) Hogg, Linn Grove, IN, Mother - Marilyn (Myers) Herman, Berne, IN, Sons - Bradley (Amanda) Hogg, Bardstown, KY, Travis Hogg, Decatur, IN, Grayson (Emily Hand) Hogg, Portland, IN, Step-Sons - Lance (Jessica Dunn) Buckland, Bryant, IN, Brandon (Ali) Buckland, Portland, IN, Step Daughter - Jennifer (Dylan) Steinke, St. Henry, OH, Sisters - Diane (Chris) Zeitvogel, Berne, IN, Pam (Tony) Sigler, Geneva, IN, and 11 Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Father - Richard Allen Hogg, and Stepfather - Dan Herman. Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home located at 100 N Washington Street Geneva on Monday, October 20, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A service to celebrate Randy's life will be at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 with Rev. Wilbur Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in the Alberson Cemetery in Adams Co. In lieu of flowers please forward memorial donations to Downing & Glancy Funeral Home to help with funeral cost.
