Sandra Ritter-Butz Obituary

Sandra "Sandi" Christine Ritter-Butz, 59 of Geneva, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at her home in Geneva. Sandi was born on December 14, 1965, in Lewisburg, PA, to Richard F. and Helen (Warren) Ritter. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Mechanicsburg, PA and graduated from Lewisburg High School. She went on to receive a degree in nursing. Sandi was a member of Polyannas Women's church group in Mechanicsburg, PA. She enjoyed singing in the choir at church and loved all animals, especially monkeys. Sandi was preceded in death by her father, Richard Ritter. Loving survivors include her mother, Helen Emery of Lewisburg, PA, sons, Tyler (Kaitlyn) Ritter-Butz of Geneva, IN, and Korbin (Kamryn) Ritter-Shapero of Labelle, FL, and siblings, Mike Emery of Mifflinburg, PA, and Susan Brinson of Lewisburg, PA. Friends and family may gather to share and remember on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home located at 100 N Washington St. Geneva, IN, 46740, from 5pm to 7pm. A memorial service will begin at 7pm with Alan Crull officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Downing & Glancy Funeral Home in Geneva, Indiana.
