Adrienne M. Cook

1970 - 2024

Adrienne M. Cook, 54, of Boyertown, PA, was born on January 20, 1970, to Donald Cook and the late Joan Houck. She graduated from Boyertown High School in 1988, where she developed a passion for sports. Adrienne was a dedicated member of the Salvation Army, Upper Frederick Fire Company, and the United States Naval Sea Cadets, to which she devoted 20 years. She passed away peacefully on December 20, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Adrienne was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Cook, her partner of 19 years. She leaves behind cherished memories with her children: Jonathan Cook and his companion Kristina Townsend, Jesse Cook and his wife Alexis Cook, Alandra Cook, Tanara Cook and her companion Tyler Mace, Zemena Cook and France Mason Dellaquila, Jacob Cook, and Glenny Ayala Revels and her husband Keyon Revels. Her grandchildren include Wesley Cook, Parker Cook, Deaglan Cook, Oliver Cook, Delaney Cook, Skyler Cook, Shailyn Cook, Asher Cook, Jaxon cook, Ryder Dellaquila, Colton Dellaquila, Kaylee Revels, Keylanie Revels, Kyrie Revels, and Khira Revels, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and family. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024, at 3:00PM at Catagnus Funeral Home (1020 E. Philadelphia Avenue, Gilbertsville, PA 19525). Burial will be held privately by the family at a later date. A viewing will also be held on Friday, December 27, 2024, from 2:00PM-3:00PM at the funeral home. Adrienne will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, wife, and, most importantly, a friend.
