Anna L Adams

Anna L. Adams, 89, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at her home in Coplay on Friday, July 18, 2025. She was the wife of the late Michael J. Adams. Born in Coplay, she was a daughter of the late Alexander and Emma (Deutsch) Nagy. Anna was a lifelong member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church in Coplay. She worked for the former Clyde Shirt Factory for many years before retiring as a supervisor. She loved to travel and enjoyed breakfasts with her St. Peter's 8th grade class friends. Above all she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and will be missed by many Surviving is her son Michael J. Adams, Gary J. Adams and wife Lori K., daughter Lisa M. George and husband Ronald J., son Mark D. Adams and partner Laura Brazozowski, son Christopher M. Adams and wife Susan; sister Cecelia Krempasky; brother Louis Nagy, 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister Emma Gogel and brother Frank Nagy. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude for the loving care from Anna's caregiver, Julia, the staff of Compassus Hospice and Millbrook Home Care. Her viewing will be held at 9:30am-10:30am Thursday July 24, 2025, at St. Peter's Church, 4 S. 5th Street, Coplay, PA 18037. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30am in the church Thursday. Entombment to follow at Assumption B.V.M. Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church.
