Barbara Bach Obituary

Barbara Jean (Nyce) Bach, 82, of Limerick, PA, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Richard Paul Bach, with whom she shared 30 years of marriage. Born in Pottstown, PA, on September 11, 1943, Barbara was the daughter of the late Wesley Nyce and Elizabeth (Ritt) Nyce Maxwell. Barbara worked for many years as a material procurement specialist for Superior Tube, and later as a secretary at Valley Forge Christian College. She had a deep love for nature and animals. Barbara enjoyed horseback riding on her horse, scroll sawing, tending to her flower gardens, and caring for her koi pond. She especially cherished spending time with her dogs and family. She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Richard Bach; her sons, Mark (Bridget) Hanson and Scott (Roddie) Hanson; her grandchildren, Emma (Dan) Pirrall, Samuel Hanson, and Rode'o Hanson; and her brother, Wesley (Carol) Nyce. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Houck & Gofus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 955 N. Charlotte St., Pottstown, PA 19464, is entrusted with the arrangements. Condolences may be shared at Houck & Gofus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc.
