Barbara A. Reiss

Barbara A. Reiss, 85, of Saylorsburg, formerly of Wilson Borough, passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2025, in Monroe County Hospice House. Born October 31, 1939, in Butztown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Daisy (Walters) Eustis. She and her husband, William A. Reiss, celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary on January 28, 2025. Barbara graduated from Easton High School, Class of 1957. She was last employed by the former Dixie Cup Company, Wilson Borough. Barbara loved spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed fishing and was an Eagles, Phillies, Penn State and Philadelphia Union fan. In addition to her husband, William, she is survived by two sons, William E. Reiss and his wife Anna, of Lopatcong Township, NJ, and Robert A. Reiss and his wife Sunday, of Saylorsburg; a brother, Stephen Eustis, of Easton; a sister, Esther Riker, of Florida; and two grandchildren, Davis and his companion Alison, and Darby. She was predeceased by two sisters, Bunny Tomsic and Joan Miller. Services will be held at 11am Monday, September 8th, in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 2101 Northampton St., Wilson Borough.
