Beryl W. Ash

Beryl W. Ash, age 94 of Allentown, passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. She was born on August 14, 1930 in Finsbury Park area of north London, England and immigrated to the United States in the 1950's. She was the beloved wife of the late John G. Ash. She was a homemaker and an employee of the former Leh's Department Store for many years and enjoyed her time there. She is also a survivor of the London Blitz during WWII, a longtime member of Jordan UCC and a volunteer at the Phoebe Home. She cherished her family and loved the times spent together. She was known for her warm smile and laugh wherever she went. She was preceded in death by husband, parents and brother Ray. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her daughter Linda Owens (Ash) and her husband, Joe Owens and their children Christopher Owens and his partner Rebecca Dumoff, Sara Shimer (Owens) and her husband Zach Shimer, Erin Weychert (Owens) and her husband Robbie Weychert. She is also survived by her daughter Stacy Golden (Ash) and her husband Steve Golden and their son Trevor Golden and sister-in-law Donna. Beryl was also a great grandmother of 5. Relatives and Friends are invited to Beryl'e life celebration on Monday, August 4, 2025. Calling hours are from 9:30am-10:30am followed by her funeral service at Jordan UCC; interment to follow at Highland Park Cemetary. Gathering for lunch to follow at Jordan UCC.
