Brandon O'Brien Obituary

Brandon M. O'Brien, 35, of New York City, died Monday, May 26, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Thomas Maltezos. Born September 23, 1989 in Philadelphia, he was a son of Teresa (Langan) Young, of North Wales, and the late Anthony Young, Sr. Brandon was employed as an executive assistant. He loved LEGOs, traveling, going to the gym, and running. In addition to his husband and mother, he is survived by his siblings, Edward O'Brien and Anthony Young, both of North Wales, Stacey Young of Philadelphia, Brandi Young of Bucks County, and Alivia Young of North Wales; his mother-in-law, Michelle Owens of Lansdale; two sisters-in-law, Angelina Maltezos of Hatfield, and Mia Van Vlack of North Wales; his brother-in-law, Zachary Maltezos of Lansdale; his extended family, including his nieces and nephews, Allison, Anthony, Connor, Alex, Justin, Zoey, and Athena; his cat, Pumpkin; and dog, CJ. Relatives and friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 5, 2025 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, followed by the Funeral Service at 3:00 p.m. Burial will be private.
