Carrie-Frances Claffey Obituary
Born on January 11, 1961 in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Margaret (Savage) Gallagher and has lived in the Poconos since 1993.
She and her husband are local restaurateurs and currently own and operate LaMorena BBQ in Stroudsburg.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her three children, John Claffey (Jaime) of Newtown, Margaret Claffey of Queens, NY and Michael Claffey of Stroudsburg; three brothers, Bernard Gallagher (Dorrie) of Catskill, NY, Matthew Gallagher of Mt. Pocono, and Craig Gallagher (Linda) of Secaucus, NJ; beloved family friends, including Lisa Osorio (Corey), John Verdino (Cathy), Erin Casey, and John Lefante; and numerous nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
There will be a visitation for family and friends on Wednesday, August 6th, from 5:00 to 7:00pm at the William H. Clark Funeral Home, 1003 Main Street, Stroudsburg.
